so i hate the outdoors - everything except beaches and even then not so keen. It is heriditary - my family has also instilled in me a hate for anything that is strenuous so taking part in a strenuous outdoor acitivty is hardly something i look forward to. Today however i took on the challenge - very unwillingly - to take 30 kids whitewater kayaking. Amazingly i actually had fun - do i feel the need to ever do it again though?  - nope!

The only thing did make it good was the fact that while everybody else was tied to their desks in airconditioned fluorescent hell  i played in the sun.
